Dockside Services, Inc., Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Administrative Assistant coordinates communication within each office, schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves other staff of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.  The Administrative Assistant, under the supervision of the Office Manager or Regional Director, are to ensure the office is run in an efficient, professional manner.



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with administrative or clerical duties
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience with payroll and/or billing duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be well organized and self-motivated
