Pathways is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Accounting Team as a Sr. General Ledger Accountant/Accounting Manager. This positions will be responsible for all month end journal entries, reconciliations, compiling composite reports, financial statements and income/expense account analysis.  This position does not have any direct reports.   • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance
  • 3 years of experience producing financials, reconciliation, and general ledger entries
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
  • Must be advanced in Excel
