Camelot Care Center's Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a In-Home Care Coordinator, under the supervision of a Program Director or Assistant Program Director, provides Camelot-approved therapeutic interventions, case coordination and/or resource linkage to clients and other involved parties (i.e. family, DCS, Court personnel, non-relative supports, etc.) to effect identified needed changes within the individual or family.
****This position may serving the following Counties: Macon, Dekalb, Smith, Overton, Pickett, Fentress, Clay, White, Warren, Van-Buren, Cannon, Putnam, Jackson and Cumberland ****
•Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services (i.e. counseling, mental health, social work) from an accredited college or university and verified direct experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
•Master’s Degree in a Human Service discipline (i.e. counseling, mental health, social work) from an accredited college or university and verified direct experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
•Valid state driver’s license in good standing
•Appropriate automobile insurance (at least state minimum)
•Licensed independent practitioner in mental health field preferred
