Pathways by Molina (College Community Services) is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as Program Director at our Taft location, that will be responsible for all aspects of the administration and clinical operations of one or more mental health programs including development and adherence to annual budget. Responsibilities include the hiring, development and performance management of support and professional staff and ensuring mental health treatment services are provided in concert with the policies, procedures, and government rules and regulations for the program (s). Hiring Bonus of $1500 eligible upon completion of initial six months of employment.
College Community Services is a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) certified site that offers tax-free loan repayment assistance to support qualified health care providers who choose to take their skills where they’re most needed. As a participant employer, licensed health care providers may earn up to $50,000 toward student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment at an NHSC-approved site.
