Pathways is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Arizona team as Dedicated Recovery Coaches (DRC).  This is a high needs case management position, responsible for service coordination, developing and monitoring of the individualized service plan and providing skill building.  This position is highly collaborative and requires skills such as engagement, time management and flexibility.   This position offers a $500 hiring bonus!!



  • Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in related field
  • Case management experience preferably with children, youth and families
  • Current TB test
  • CPR/First Aide (infant, child, adult)
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license (without restrictions)
  • Must possess own transportation
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during Employment)
  • Prior behavioral health experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
